Shalu Narthang Trek
This journey will take you around the most sacred monasteries and places in and around Lhasa, and will also include a trek from Shalu Monastery to Nartang Monastery. Shalu Monastery is located next to Shigtase, around 14km away. The trek from Shalu Monastery to Narthang Monastery, which takes 4-5 days, is a good option if your time is limited or if you want a taste of trekking in Tibet without committing to one of the longer or more difficult routes. The trek includes two passes, though neither is particularly high.

Namche Barwa Trek
Mount Namche Barwa is the highest snow peak in the Linzhe area. The Namchag Barwa Trek circles the Yarlong Tsangpo River valley (also known as the Namchag Barwa valley), and is the largest valley in the world. The average depth of the valley is 5000m, with the lowest point 5382m. In 1994, the Great Canyon of the Namchag Barwa valley was confirmed as the largest in the world by both the American Geographic Committee and the Guinness Book of World Records. Here you will find rich plant life as well as stunning geography, and you will also have the chance to see the Menba and Luoba minority people who populate the valley.

Tserpu-Yangbacheng Trek
Tserpu Monastery is located in Toelong Dechen county, 70km by road from Lhasa. A wild and scenic though light trek of 3-4 days through beautiful landscape takes you from Tserpu to Yangbachen. Yangbachen is the biggest source of hot-springs in Tibet and you also get a good view of Mt. Nyincheng Thangla from there, the highest mountain in the Namtso area.

Ganden Samye Trek
Ganden Monastery, 45 km east of Lhasa, was first built in 1409. At least 10 buildings have been restored, and the monastery looks splendid with barley fields sprawling the valley floor, which is dotted with small villages. It takes 4 days to walk from the Ganden to Samye, and this is one of the finest soft treks in central Tibet. You can experience Tibetan culture as you walk in the high altitude. You will also explore Tsedang and the tombs of the Tibetan Yarlung Kings, and the city of Lhasa and its monasteries.

Kharta Valley Trek
This adventure offers an incredible insight into the beauty and culture of the 'snowland' Tibet. Nowhere in the Himalayas can the immense height of Mount Everest (8848m), the highest point on earth, be appreciated as it can be in Tibet. This challenging trek visits the Kharta Valley, Everest, Cho Oyu Base Camp and Balung Ri as well.

Everest Base Camp Trek
Mount Everest, located in Xegar County, is the highest peak on earth with an altitude of 8848m. It is 620km from Lhasa and it takes one and a half days to get there. Rongbuk Monastery is the highest monastery in the world, 5000m above sea level, and from there you can get excellent views of Mt.Everest. You can walk the 8km from Rongbuk to Base camp.

Lhamo Lhatso Trek
Lhamo Lhatso is the holiest lake in Tibet. Visions can be seen in the lake, including those relating to the reincarnations of the highest lamas. The lake is located in Gyatsa county, and is at an altitude of 4000m. This trek used to take 4-5 days, but now you can drive up till Chokargyal Monastery and start the trek there, which will take one day there adn one day back. You then drive to Tsethang.

Shishapangma Base Camp Trek
Mt.Shishapangma is the third highest Mountain peak in the Tibetan Himalayans. The altitude of the peak is 8012m and that of the Base Camp 4980m. From the Base Camp you get a stunning view of the Himalayan mountain range, and many high peaks.
This is a just easy trek on by Landcruiser and explore around Shisha Pangma Basecamp 1-2 days,Normial trek start from Nyalam and ended at BaseCamp,It takes 5-6 days and is one of the Tibet's finest high alpine walks.

Namtso lake is one of largest holy lakes in Tibet. Located around 240km to the north of Lhasa, it offers fantastic views of Mt.NyingCheng Thangla (7210m) In addition to enjoying the stunning beauty of the lake and the surrounding grasslands and mountain peaks, you can also visit Tibetan nomads' tents & ride a horse or yak around the Lake.
